Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with a touch of magic! These Lucky Charms Treats are the perfect no-bake dessert—crispy, gooey, and dipped in a festive candy coating with a sprinkle of gold! Whether you're making them for a party, a school treat, or just for fun, these colorful bars will bring a little luck to your kitchen.
Ingredients:
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1/2 cup salted butter
• 2 (10-oz.) bags mini marshmallows
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
• 9 cups Lucky Charms cereal (reserve 1/2 cup marshmallows for topping)
• 10 oz. white or green candy coating wafers
• Gold sprinkles
Instructions:
1️⃣ Lightly coat a 13x9-inch pan with nonstick spray. Line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Spray parchment as well.
2️⃣ In a large, greased pot over low heat, melt butter completely. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and salt.
3️⃣ Remove from heat and gradually fold in cereal, ensuring everything is well coated.
4️⃣ Press mixture into prepared pan using greased hands. Let cool for at least 30 minutes.
5️⃣ Once firm, lift treats from the pan using parchment. Cut into bars.
6️⃣ Melt the candy wafers over a double boiler, stirring until smooth. Dip each bar diagonally, letting excess drip off.
7️⃣ Decorate with reserved marshmallows and gold sprinkles before the coating sets.
8️⃣ Allow to cool and harden before serving. Enjoy your lucky treats!
